Muran Zhu Attorney

Muran is an attorney in the NYC office. Her practice focuses on representing market-leading startups and emerging growth companies on formation, operations, corporate governance matters, securities law reporting and compliance matters, private equity, angel and venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Egan Nelson LLP, Muran practiced in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, and the D.C. office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
