Dino Arslanagic Partner

Dino is a partner in the Austin office of Egan Nelson. He has over a decade of experience navigating the nuanced intersection of law, technology, and business in both big law and in-house roles.

Dino’s practice focuses on commercial and technology transactions, intellectual property protection, and data privacy. Dino leverages his engineering background in negotiating complex, business-critical agreements, including those concerning supply and manufacturing, technology development, and IP licensing. He also has extensive experience advising clients on enterprise software agreements, and professional services and consulting agreements.

Prior to joining Egan Nelson, Dino served as in-house counsel at an industry-leading manufacturer of premium bicycles and e-bikes, where he oversaw global innovation, data, and technology transactions, and practiced with an international law firm.
