Amy Steurer Attorney

Amy is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group.  She has participated in the representation of various private and public companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in complex business transactions in connection with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Her experience includes advising emerging companies and assisting representation of public companies in debt offerings, securities compliance and corporate governance. She has served a broad spectrum of industries, including energy, healthcare and technology.

Prior to joining Egan Nelson, Amy practiced in the Dallas offices of Sidley Austin LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
